Our training approach is individualized by function. We periodically offer orientation and training seminars for the medical community which provides them with a general understanding of the product and it’s functionality.
We offer the following training options:
Classroom training is performed for groups of healthcare professionals where an overall understanding of the systems is achieved. This training session lasts 8 hours.
All installations provide hands on training for the provider and staff in their own office environment. Any customizations to templates are performed at this time.
40 hour Certification Seminars for individuals who wish to become proficient in the software’s capabilities. These are usually offered at our facilities with our own equipment, but can also be offered onsite. Upon completion the student is required to pass a proficiency test.
